Awakening Purpose. Equipping Leaders. Reaching Communities.
BT Ministries is a Christ-centered, Spirit-led ministry committed to equipping individuals, strengthening families, developing leaders, and transforming communities through biblical teaching, prayer, discipleship, and outreach. Rooted in the power of God and the truth of Scripture, the ministry exists to help people grow spiritually, walk boldly in purpose, and flourish in every season of life.
Founded by Pastor Barbara A. Taylor, BT Ministries serves as a hub for spiritual formation, intercessory development, leadership training, mentorship, and Kingdom activation. While the ministry maintains a strong emphasis on empowering and supporting women, its outreach extends to men, young adults, families, ministry leaders, and communities at large.
BT Ministries creates spaces where people are challenged, strengthened, healed, equipped, and activated to fulfill their God-given assignments with wisdom, clarity, and confidence.
Mission: To equip, empower, and develop people through biblical truth, prayer, discipleship, leadership development, and outreach so they can fulfill their God-given purpose and impact their communities for the Kingdom of God.
Vision: To raise spiritually mature, prayer-rooted believers and leaders who carry God’s presence, serve their communities, and transform lives and generations through faith, obedience, and compassionate outreach.
What We Do
Biblical Teaching & Spiritual Formation: We provide practical, scripture-based teaching designed to strengthen believers at every stage of their spiritual journey. Our goal is grounded faith, spiritual maturity, clear identity, and confident purpose.
Apostolic Training & Leadership Development: BT Ministries equips and develops emerging evangelists, ministry leaders, intercessors, and Kingdom-minded believers through biblical teaching, leadership development, spiritual formation, and practical ministry training. Through the Apostolic Evangelism Institute (AEI), men and women are empowered to grow in spiritual maturity, leadership, evangelism, and Kingdom impact while being equipped to serve with wisdom, integrity, boldness, and alignment with the Holy Spirit.
Leadership, Purpose & Life Development: Through coaching, mentorship, discipleship, and leadership training, we help individuals gain clarity, break limiting cycles, heal, discover purpose, and walk boldly in their God-given calling.
Conferences, Gatherings & Transformational Events: We curate impactful gatherings, workshops, conferences, retreats, and prayer experiences where people encounter God, receive impartation, build healthy community, and are equipped for Kingdom assignment.
Community Outreach & Family Support Initiatives: We extend ministry beyond the church walls by serving communities and families through outreach initiatives, practical support, mentorship, encouragement, and compassionate service.
Young Adult & Emerging Leader Development: BT Ministries is committed to developing the next generation of spiritually grounded leaders through mentorship, discipleship, training, and intentional investment in young adults and emerging voices.
