Building Kingdom Impact Through Strategic Partnerships, Leadership Equipping, and Apostolic Collaboration
BT Ministries
BT Ministries serves as the foundational ministry through which Pastor Barbara Taylor fulfills her apostolic assignment to equip leaders, strengthen ministries, and advance the Gospel. Through teaching, leadership development, ministry partnerships, and strategic initiatives, BT Ministries create environments where individuals grow in spiritual maturity, clarity of calling, and effectiveness in Kingdom service. The ministry is committed to raising leaders who walk in both spiritual authority and practical wisdom.
Conferences
BT Ministries participate in and hosts conferences designed to equip, empower, and strengthen believers and ministry leaders. These gatherings provide opportunities for ministry relationship building partnerships, biblical teaching, spiritual impartation, and leadership development. Through conference partnerships and speaking engagements, BT Ministries contribute to the advancement of Kingdom work by helping leaders grow in their calling and expand their impact within their assigned spheres of influence.
Apostolic Evangelism Institute (AEI)
The Apostolic Evangelism Institute is the official training and equipping arm of BT Ministries, dedicated to developing Apostolic Evangelistic leaders. AEI provides structured biblical instruction, leadership development, and practical training designed to prepare individuals for effective Evangelism and Kingdom service. Each cohort concludes with a formal commissioning service, affirming and sending leaders forth with clarity, confidence, and spiritual authority to fulfill their assignments.
Outreach
Outreach is a vital expression of the mission of BT Ministries. Through community engagement, service initiatives, and evangelistic efforts, the ministry extends the love and message of Christ beyond the walls of traditional ministry settings. These outreach efforts reflect the commitment of BT Ministries to serve communities along with its partners, meet practical needs, and advance the Gospel through both word and action.
Pastoral Ordination
The pastoral ordination of Pastor Barbara Taylor represents a sacred affirmation of her calling, leadership, and apostolic mandate. This milestone established spiritual covering and ministerial authority under which BT Ministries operates. It also reflects the ministry’s future vision to raise, equip, commission, and formally ordain ministry leaders as part of its ongoing commitment to advancing Kingdom leadership.
Ministry Connections
Ministry Connections reflect the strategic relationships and divine partnerships cultivated through BT Ministries. These collaborations strengthen leaders, unify ministries, and expand the reach of Evangelism through shared vision and mutual support. BT Ministries is committed to building meaningful ministry relationships that foster growth, accountability, and collective Kingdom impact.
