Pastor Barbara A. Taylor is a servant-leader, pastor, mentor, coach, and leadership strategist with more than two decades of experience serving in ministry, nonprofit, healthcare, and executive leadership environments. She is passionate about equipping individuals, leaders, ministries, and organizations to grow in spiritual maturity, leadership effectiveness, and Kingdom impact.

Her professional and ministry experience is complemented by a strong academic foundation. Pastor Barbara holds a Master of Arts in Leadership, a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership, and a Bachelor of Arts in Nonprofit Administration. She is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Personal Development Coach, and Certified Meeting Planner. These credentials, combined with years of practical leadership experience, have equipped her to effectively serve leaders and organizations through strategic planning, leadership development, organizational excellence, mentorship, and coaching.
